Growing up with dyslexia, I struggled with reading and writing. Visual art became a form of storytelling I could express without words.As I grew older, I fell in love with fictional worlds such as The Elder Scrolls, The Legend of Zelda, and Dungeons & Dragons. These stories inspired my passion for creating characters and bringing imagined worlds to life through illustration.Through my studies with New Orleans artist Sharika Mahdi, as well as inspiration from artists such as Sam Yang (SamDoesArts) and Ross Tran (RossDraws), I developed a focus on expressive poses, dynamic lighting, and visible brushwork in my digital paintings.

Terms of Service

Summary
By commissioning me, "The Artist," you "The Client" agree to the following Terms of Service. Payment: I take Cash App only. You can pay 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Refunds: No refunds once the sketching phase has started. Full refunds only if I haven’t begun or if I can’t complete your commission.Usage: You may use your commission for personal purposes (social media, printing, videos, etc.), but not commercially. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.Please read the full Terms of Service below for all details.General Terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. Prices are subject to change at any time, though accepted commissions will retain the agreed-upon price.All artwork will contain my signature or watermark unless otherwise discussed. Clients may not remove, alter, or obscure my signature without written permission.I reserve the right to record, stream, or share portions of the creation process for portfolio, promotional, educational, or social media purposes.Payment
Payment is ONLY accepted through Cash App.You will receive an invoice in the google drive with your digital file. The invoice includes details about the commission provided by the client. In addition the invoice will include a payment deadline of roughly two (2) weeks for final payment after the work has been delivered.Payment may be made either in full before work begins or split into two installments: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Work will not begin until the initial payment has been received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission.Any payment sent before a commission has been formally accepted may be returned at my discretion.Commission Process
After a commission has been accepted, I will review the provided references and discuss any necessary details with the client.The client will receive one or more preliminary sketches for approval. Once a sketch has been approved, work will continue into line art, color, and rendering stages.Progress updates may be provided throughout the process when appropriate.Completed artwork will be delivered digitally through an agreed-upon method. Physical prints may be available through third-party printing services for an additional fee.Revisions
Each commission includes up to three rounds of revisions at no additional charge.Additional revisions beyond the included revisions may incur a fee of $5 USD per hour, depending on the scope of the requested changes.Changes resulting from unclear or inaccurate references may be subject to additional fees.Corrections for mistakes made by the artist will always be completed free of charge.Copyright and Usage
I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork that I create.Unless commercial rights have been purchased separately, all commissions are for personal use only.Clients may:
* Share the artwork on social media with proper credit.
* Use the artwork as profile pictures, wallpapers, or personal prints.
* Display the artwork in monetized content such as videos or livestreams, provided the artwork itself is not being sold as a product.Clients may not:
* Claim the artwork as their own creation.
* Remove my signature or watermark.
* Sell, redistribute, mint, license, or commercially exploit the artwork.
* Modify, alter, or edit the artwork without written permission.Commercial usage rights are not included by default and must be discussed and agreed upon separately before work begins.Content Restrictions
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.I will not create artwork that includes hate speech, discriminatory content, political propaganda, excessive gore, torture, fetish content, illegal material, or content that violates social such as Instagram and Tumblr platform guidelines.I do not accept commissions involving explicit pornographic or NSFW content.Requests involving copyrighted characters, intellectual property, or fan works may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.Client Satisfaction
I strive to ensure that every client receives artwork they are happy with. Open communication throughout the commission process is encouraged.Any special requirements, including private commissions that may not be displayed publicly, must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.Refunds and Cancellations
Clients may request a full refund if work has not yet begun.Once sketching has started, refunds will generally not be issued due to the time and labor already invested in the project.If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the amount of work completed.Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may result in the loss of usage rights to the artwork, cancellation of the commission, and refusal of future services.Turnaround Time Guarantee
Most commissions are completed within a reasonable timeframe based on complexity and workload. If a commission remains incomplete for more than six (6) months after payment has been received, the client will automatically receive a 20% discount on the final commission price.If a commission remains incomplete up to one (1) year after payment has been received, the client will automatically receive a 30% discount on the final commission price.If I am unable to complete the commission after one (1) year, or if the client no longer wishes to continue due to the extended delay, the client may request a full refund of all payments made.These guarantees do not apply to delays caused by the client, including but not limited to failure to provide required references, failure to respond to approval requests, or requested pauses in the commission process.Agreement
